Trained as a concert pianist, Tom has spent the subsequent decades unlearning the traditional tropes and harmonies that came out of his classical repertoire. His current process is a mixed media improvisational exploration that combines live recording, traditional DAW (Digital Audio Workstation), virtual instruments, mobile devices, signal processing, found music and improvisation.
